How did we begin Homeroont?
Meet the Founders: David & Manuela
Succeeding the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian in the Fort Myers are in 2021, our home was left to crumble due to the floods. We had to emergency evacuate our apartment, and live in a hotel.
Months after, we were able to down pay a new property, in which, after seeing the low rental income, we began a short-term rental unit. This unit, has helped us to pay off our mortgage, and afford a new home.
In the process, we realized that our business model benefits all parties involved: guests, landlords, and managers. And we decided to scale our business.
